How We Work

Birdseye view of London

1. You contact us, explain your situation (we provide initial assessment of your immigration matter) or you book a consultation with us (we will advise you what will be the best to do in your circumstances)

2. We do the consultation, assess your immigration situation in more details, answer all your questions, estimate your chances of success on your application and prescribe a detailed strategy on your case or situation

3. You instruct us in the complete handling of your immigration case.

4. We draw up a contract for immigration services, detailing our work on your application, specifying the steps to be taken in relation to our work, setting the risks and deadlines. We send the contract of our legal services, letter of authority for your signature and payment details (invoice)

5. You sign the contract and letter of authority and send it back to us by email. You pay the legal fees

6. We send you a personalised list of documents required for your application. We also provide you with sample letters and the necessary forms.

7. You gather all the necessary documents and send them to us for checking and preparation

8. We receive your documents, check them thoroughly, comment on them and let you know if you require any further information or additional documents. We fill in the application form at Home Office based on the information you have provided; we send it to you for your approval and verification

9. You check the form and confirm that all information is correct; you comment on, check and amend if necessary

10. We make final amendments and prepare your application and documents in full. We help you make necessary payments for visa fee (if required) and we book an appointment for you at the visa application centre for biometrics. We prepare a cover letter for your application, pointing out immigration laws, case law, arguing your case and defending your interests.

11. We send your case to the Home Office for processing.

12. We stay in touch with you throughout the process, notifying you of the decision on your application, and inform you if the Home Office needs further information. If you have any questions you are welcome to contact us without delay
